Terms of sale 

When placing an order with us you are agreeing to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  2. We will inform you  by email once your order has been accepted.

  3. By placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

  4. The cost of products and services may fluctuate, this is beyond our control therefore all prices that are advertised are subject to change.

  5. We also reserve the right to refuse an order.

Delivery ​

  1. Delivery dispatch times could vary according to availability. We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. In the event of peak times such as Christmas despatch time make take longer. 

  2. As with all covid 19 relations delivery times are not guaranteed due to the potential pressure that may be imposed on the postal service. In these events we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

  3. We currently offer two delivery options if your item is in stock Standard delivery 3-5 working days £3.90 and secondly you can collect in store - 86 Queen street, Great Harwood, BB6 7AL England.

Product price and availability 

  1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

  2. We have made every effort to ensure that we provide you with accurate descriptions of the products on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitors display of any colours shown will be accurate. 

  3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue service without any notice.


  1. As we use third party payment processors to take your payments, purchase transactions data is not released or transferred to any outside party. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  

Discount and Promotional offers 

  1. We may offer promotional discount codes which may be applied to any or certain specified purchases that are made via our website. 

  2. The terms and conditions for use relating to any discount codes will be stated at the time of issue. 

  3. All discount codes will exclude sale items unless otherwise specified.

  4. Gift vouchers cannot currently be redeemed on the website. 


Refunds and Returns 

  1. If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will contact you a soon as possible to advise you. 

  2. We must be informed of any returns before they are sent please contact us at and we will issue you with an authorised returns number.

  3. Goods must be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt from your original order date.

  4. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  5. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns to our customers so therefore any items returned will be at your own cost.

  6. Please retail your receipt from the post office or carrier as proof of return.

  7. Please note that  goods must be returned intact and with all original tags attached. Please include the original dispatch note with any returns.

  8. Refunds will be made once we received your item and inspected it. We will notify you that we have received it and whether it has been approved or rejected for refund.

  9. Refunds will only be made via the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  10. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Missing Items or Parcels

  1. Please notify us within 10 days of your order date if you have a missing parcel or any missing items from your order. Email -

  2. If you notify us outside of this 10 day period it may affect the process for us to be able to rectify with our delivery company. 

  3. We will endeavour to resolve any situation to the best of our abilities.  

Intellectual Property rights

  1. Intellectual property rights for all software and contents that are made available to you on or via this website remains the property of NARaZUKE 

  2. You agree not to reproduce, manipulate, copy, sell, duplicate or exploit any of the content that appears on our website for any purposes. 

  3. You agree not to use any imagery, the photographs remain the intellectual property rights of the authorised photographer.

  4. You must not use any of the materials on our site for commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Limitation of Liability

  1. Any content on our site is not intended to amount to advise on which reliance should be placed, therefore we disclaim any liability or responsibility arising from such reliance on this sites material by any visitor, or by anyone who may be informed of its contents.

  2. We shall not be liable for any risks of injury, or where responsibility of items lost, broken or stolen we are not liable if there is an injury, claim or any direct or indirect, incidental or damages of any kind.
